Who are you?
Sustaina7 was founded in 2020 by environmental activists, engineers, and educators united by a vision to mainstream sustainable practices across Egypt. From Cairo apartments to Nile Delta villages, we identified barriers to green living—limited awareness, lack of affordable products, and fragmented initiatives. Sustaina7 addresses these gaps through a multifaceted approach: open-access knowledge portals, community micro-grants for grassroots projects, and an online marketplace for vetted eco-products. We collaborate with NGOs, universities, and municipal councils to pilot solar-microgrid systems, waste-cycling workshops, and urban greening campaigns. Our volunteer network has planted over 10,000 native trees and diverted 50 tons of waste from landfills. Through educational webinars, hackathons, and certification programs, Sustaina7 equips individuals and organizations to design, fund, and scale sustainability projects.
